SELLER COMPENSATION FOR BUYERS AGENTS

Dirt Road Real Estate is happy to cooperate with licensees and Realtors to the extent allowed by our Sellers. Generally, Dirt Road Real Estate encourages our Sellers to offer compensation to Buyers Agents. The amount and conditions of said compensation are up to the Seller. Sellers with Dirt Road Real Estate are typically willing to offer some kind of Seller compensation to Buyers agents for full priced offers. BUT, Remember that these offerings are always negotiable. Alternatively, you should always secure your Buyers Agent compensation by negotiating compensation from your Buyers in advance of any offering.

If you are not a licensed Realtor in Arizona, we are very happy to send your Brokerage a referral for your interest in the transaction. Please ask for a referral and please send it back with a 1099 attached for your Brokerage.
